We answer within two business days. Please include your order reference if your question is about a purchase.

What to write to us about

• A download that did not arrive, or a file that will not open. Include the order reference from your receipt and we will re-issue it.
• Refunds. See the refund section of our terms; ask within 14 days of purchase.
• Commercial licensing. The standard licence is attribution plus non-commercial use; if you need to use the data commercially, or to redistribute it, write to us with a short description of the use and we will quote a licence.
• A correction. If a number in one of our reports looks wrong, tell us which number and where you saw it. Corrections to our own data get made at source, and the next edition carries the fix.
• Privacy requests. Access, correction or deletion of personal data — see our privacy policy.

InfoGap is operated by Jing Liu, trading as InfoGap (infogap.store).
Registered address: No. 7A, Zone 5, Dongjialin Village, Liulihe Town, Fangshan District, Beijing, P.R.China.Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io) as merchant of record, which handles payment, sales tax and invoicing. We are a digital store only: no physical products are sold and nothing is shipped, so there is no return address.
