Delivery, refunds, licence scope and liability for the digital reports and datasets sold on infogap.store.

Who you are dealing with

This store is operated by Jing Liu, trading as InfoGap (infogap.store).
Registered address: No. 7A, Zone 5, Dongjialin Village, Liulihe Town, Fangshan District, Beijing, P.R.China. Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io) acting as merchant of record: the sale is legally made by Creem, which also handles sales tax and invoicing. Your purchase is therefore subject to Creem's terms and privacy policy in addition to these terms.

What you are buying

Digital products only: a dated PDF report plus its dataset files (CSV and JSON). Nothing is shipped and no physical goods are involved. The current price is always shown on the product page and confirmed again at checkout, in US dollars.

Delivery — how and when you get the files

• Delivery is electronic and immediate. As soon as Creem confirms your payment, the download page is shown to you and the download link is sent to the email address you gave at checkout.
• The files are downloadable files served from infogap.store; there is no shipping, no waiting period and no physical delivery.
• Nothing is charged before you complete checkout, and the amount charged is the amount shown at checkout.
• If the link does not arrive, or a file is broken or incomplete, email us at the address on the contact page and we will re-issue the download or fix the file.

Refunds

We want the purchase to be straightforward, so:

• We refund in full if a file is corrupt, unusable or materially different from what the product page describes and we cannot fix it for you.
• We refund in full if you were charged twice, or if you paid and never received the download.
• Otherwise, sales are final once the download has been accessed. These are digital goods delivered instantly, and the files cannot be returned.
• Ask within 14 days of purchase by emailing the contact address. Refunds are issued by Creem to your original payment method; how quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer.
• Consumers in the EU and UK: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. By choosing instant delivery you ask us to begin immediately and you acknowledge that you lose that withdrawal right once the download has started. This does not affect your right to a refund under the two bullet points above, and it does not affect any right that cannot be excluded by law.

Licence — what you may do with it

• The datasets and report text are licensed Our own report text and datasets are licensed for commercial use with attribution; you may use them in your own work, but you may not resell or redistribute the dataset itself as a dataset. Commercial redistribution or an API feed: contact us.: use them, quote them, and build on them for non-commercial purposes, with attribution to InfoGap (infogap.store) and a link to the source page.
• Attribution is required in any reuse, including in documents, articles, dashboards and AI-generated answers that draw on the data.
• Commercial use, redistribution or resale is not included and needs a written licence from us.
• You may not pass the files off as your own work, remove attribution, or resell them as a data product.
• Buying a copy does not transfer copyright or any ownership of the data or the report.

What this product is not

The data is provided for information only. It compares cities on fields we record and score; it is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a forecast or a market-size estimate. Figures are reproduced as recorded in our own database, and the report states its boundaries.

Limited warranty and limitation of liability

The products are supplied "as is". We work to keep them accurate, but we do not warrant that they are complete or free of error. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or business losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Intellectual property

The report, the dataset compilation and the site content are ours. Our indicators are computed by InfoGap; underlying geographic facts are drawn from publicly available sources.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought. These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without affecting your rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
