What InfoGap collects on this site, the cookies we do not set, and the data our merchant of record Creem handles.
InfoGap's store, data and report pages set no cookies and run no analytics; the only personal data we hold is what you send us or what Creem passes back to deliver a purchase.

We do not collect anything else. There are no accounts, no profiles, and no advertising or analytics identifiers on this site.
Our store pages, data pages and report pages set no cookies at all. We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, heatmaps or any other third-party tracking script. There is therefore nothing to consent to and no cookie banner on this site. If this ever changes we will say so here first.
Checkout is handled for us by Creem (creem.io), which acts as the merchant of record for every purchase. That means Creem, not us, is the seller you pay, and Creem handles sales tax and invoicing. Data that reaches Creem includes your name, email address, billing country and the payment instrument details you enter at checkout. Card and bank details are collected by Creem and never reach our servers — we have no way to see or store them. What Creem passes back to us is limited to the email address and the order details we need to deliver your files. Creem's own privacy policy (at creem.io) governs the data it holds as merchant of record.
Our server is in Singapore and Creem processes payments in its own infrastructure, which may be outside your country. Where personal data is processed abroad we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers under their terms.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the contact address below and we will respond within 30 days. Where a request concerns payment records that Creem holds as merchant of record, we will point you to Creem or pass the request on.
This site sells professional data products and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect.
