Definition
Frequency of neck, shoulder, and lower back pain · Sleep duration · BMI
How to measure
Record how many times you have pain in a week; record the minutes from lying down to falling asleep; weigh yourself monthly
Healthy Range
Pain ≤1 time/week · Sleep <30 minutes · BMI 18.5–24
Move only when in pain —— Should move every day, not just stretch when in pain
Relieve pain with massage —— Short-term comfort, does not solve muscle imbalance
Relax by browsing your phone before bed —— Blue light and stimulation can make falling asleep slower
Relieve pain with painkillers —— Masks the problem, may worsen
Wait for annual leave to adjust —— The problem won't wait
Stand up for 2 minutes every hour (more effective than exercising for an hour at a time)
Do neck and shoulder rehabilitation training: stand against the wall, pull in the chin, retract the scapula
Don't look at the screen 1 hour before bed, and the bedroom is only used for sleeping
3 times a week of aerobic exercise + 2 times of strength training
