How to read a cell: the trouble is what people say; the need is what it actually points at; the wish is what they want instead; the indicator is what can be counted; the gap is the arithmetic between now and the target. A gap that cannot be written as a subtraction is not yet a gap.
Ten domains. Diet, health, economy, career, assets, environment, marriage, social life and learning are the nine life domains. AI agents is the tenth: it asks which part of your work can be handed over and which part cannot.
Why it is a domain and not a tool: most people use AI to look for AI. The value is not in what a model can do, but in deciding which segment of your own work can be delegated, which must stay with you, and what test tells the two apart.
Limitations: a judgement framework, not financial, medical or legal advice. Numbers shown are worked examples of the arithmetic, not measurements of your life.
