One's life, each stage has things to do and distances that can be calculated.
This stage determines what you will live on in the latter half of your life
It's not "not enough money," but "100% of my income comes from selling time, and time has a limit."
Verification Signals (count as valid if two or more are met):
· 100% of income comes from wages
· No income is generated without working hours
· Work hours increase but income does not
Capitalism / Economics
Two cycles in Capitalism:
W—G—W (Sell labor → Get money → Consume)——This is the cycle of workers, with only 24 hours a day and income with a ceiling.
G—W—G′ (Money → Production → More money)——This is the cycle of capital, with no time limit.
The task before 30 years old is to save the output of W—G—W as capital, and start to let it enter G—W—G′ after 30 years old. Turn it into, and the latter half of life will be easy; turn it into, and you will always be trapped in "the harder you work, the more tired you get."
Have an income that does not rely on working
Have the right to choose
Not be bound by time
What to look at
Non-labor income ratio · Time freedom degree · Bargaining power
How to judge
Calculate: Non-labor income ÷ Total income
Health status
Non-labor income ≥10% · Have disposable time · Have bargaining power
Take entrepreneurship as the only way out——Without capital and verification, it is gambling
Only save, not invest——Purchasing power is eaten up by inflation
Invest by borrowing money——The risk is magnified
Wait until "I have money" to start——Capital income starts from a very small number
Think "working for others has no future"——Working for others is the most stable way to accumulate capital
Calculate: How much of my non-labor income
Turn some of my income into assets that can generate income (not consumption)
Use my skills to receive the first external payment
Establish a second source of income, even if it is small
Remember: This stage is not about who earns more, but who has the "not working time" part first
