Where this comes from. The 25 rows are the attraction entries kept from our own luan.json place dataset (25 records harvested from the city POI source, 0 dropped as not matching the city, 25 kept). Addresses, coordinates and the district name come from that file; the district was resolved by testing each coordinate against the Luan district boundaries we publish as luan_dist.json.

About the English names. The dataset carries an English name for every one of the 25 rows.

Lessons. A row says lesson in progress when we have not written the Chinese lesson for it yet. That is a status, not a link.
