This life, each stage has things to do and distances that can be calculated.
This section should ask: Do I want to stay here for another ten years?
It's not "change a place", but "this place where I spend 8 hours a day is slowly draining me away."
Verification Signals (more than two are considered):
· Obvious resistance before going to work every day
· Long-term high-pressure work environment/complex interpersonal relationships
· Living environment makes you unwilling to go home
Definition of Environment
There are two functions of the environment: nourish or consume.
The criteria for judgment are very simple: after work/home, are you more energetic or more empty.
After 35, energy is decreasing, and the impact of the environment is magnified. The same environment, 25 can bear it, 35 can't bear it — it's not that you have become weaker, but the recovery ability has slowed down. So this stage needs to actively choose the environment, not hard to bear.
Stay in a place that doesn't consume me
Have energy to do what I want to do
Don't have to struggle every day

Environment Consumption Self-Assessment · Daily Recovery Time · Cost of Change
How to Calculate
1-10 points evaluate "this place makes me more energetic or more tired"
Healthy Range
Consumption Score ≥6/10 · Have extra energy after work
"Just endure it for a while" — Consumption accumulates, enduring does not make it better
Staying in a consuming environment for stability — Stability is income, consumption is health
Think changing a place can solve it — First distinguish between environmental problems and ability problems
Make no changes at all — Still the same after a year
Impulsive resignation — Have a backup plan before acting
Rate yourself: How energetic or tired does this place make me (1-10)
Distinguish: Is it an environmental problem or my problem
If it is an environment: Find a backup plan first, then go
Leave 1 hour of "undisturbed" recovery time every day
Remember: Energy after 35 is a scarce resource, don't waste it on consumption
