The price you name first sets the frame

The anchor

If the first number a buyer encounters is high, the second looks reasonable. If it is low, everything after feels expensive. This is not irrationality; it is how comparison works.

What this means for a page

The order of prices changes the outcome without changing the offer. Leading with the smallest option frames everything as expensive; leading with the scope frames the smaller option as an entry.

What not to do

Do not invent a high tier solely to anchor. Buyers who understand the trick discount all the numbers on the page, including the one you wanted them to trust.

The honest version

Show the real range, ordered by scope. The anchor is then true, and true anchors survive scrutiny.
